I think Fr. Antony should continue for two more years to clean the mess which he and his gang created. As a matter of fact Fr. Antony's contribution towards the construction of the church should be admired. He is the one who took all the pain. Bishop on one side , parishoners on the other side and countless committess on the third side...So it is only a matter of courtesy to allow him to be the vicar for couple more years. The parish council and other committees should be dismissed immediately. The parish council is constituted by a bunch of stupids who really don't know what they are doing. Proper representation is not given . They failed to stand up for the need of the common man. Fr. Antony should work to restore the unity and integrity of the community, catering to the need of the community. As he has said many times before, it is not possible to please everybody...that's true. But trying to understand the feelings of the majority do not hurt at all. He is trying to please a minority ignoring the wishes of the majority...At this point, the biggest need is to give the famlies a chance to attend the holy mass in Malayalam together with their children. Fr.Antony talks and acts like he has nothing to do with this issue. Such an irresponsible person, constantly ignoring the need of the majority should not be allowed in the office for an extended period of time, no matter what..
