Parish Council Is Impotent!

There is a cent-percent news black out.
Or the Parish Council is frozen with fear.
Because we don't even hear a whimper from the Council!

The parish "youth" council has become so impotent it barely moves. Of course there are the so called routine Council Meetings. The Vicar even announced it, we think, last week. (Just in case the people forgot about its existence). But what are these meetings about? What are they discussing and debating? Instead of blowing hot air, and acting self-important, especially for the benefit of their own wives, (if they are old enough) are they doing anything constructive and substantial as far as the parish is concerned?

For example: are they planning to do something, anything, about the ridiculous situation of our parking facilities. The snow season is fast approaching. Do they have any idea how they are going to deal with the impending chaos? Are the members of this parish going to have to deal with the arrogant cop every damn Sunday? They, the council members act important, feel pretty, and spend any time they have, kissing the vicar's ass. They are not wisely advising the stupid and egotistic vicar against his English "Premam". If the pastoral council is a body truly representing this community, they would convey to him how people feel about a whole bunch of issues facing this community. And, most importantly, tell him to keep his hands of our children!

In our openion the members of our Parish Council is nothing but a bunch of eunuchs. Anyone who was not, the vicar made sure, had his balls cut out before being "selected" to the council.
