In a blatant attempt to mislead the Commission investigating the "Coppell Issues", certain supporters of Bishop Angadiath's agenda, with help and support from their vicar, Fr. Vargeshes, are hiding certain vital church records from the said Commission.
The latest attempt to dupe the commission happened today when the authorities claimed they cannot find the signed copy of the Parish Council meeting, where unanimous decision was taken to have only the Crucifix installed in the new church. The authorities have every reason to make this document disappear, because this particular document was also signed by many of the same people who are now clamoring for Mar Thoma cross. The Crucifix supporters are justifiably upset about this shameful action by the vicar and his supporters, and are demanding the authorities produce the document effective immediately.
Heated words are being exchanged presently, as we report.
The coolies of the bishop, with help and support from Chicago, do not even try to cover their misdeeds. Fr. Varghese is no innocent bystander either, but an active participant in this betrayal of the faithful. The priest, Thoma and Saju are playing a kind of "blame each other for the missing document" game.
The parishioners, including many Parish Council members who signed the said missing document, are not about to let the Vicar and his cronies get away with such a serious betrayal of public trust. They are talking about moving the courts to force the authorities to produce the above and such other documents in front of any investigative body without dragging their feet.

Withhelding documents amounts to withholding the truth and as such it also offense under this commandment.

Is it kept in Chruch office or in somebody's kitchen..?
If this report is true Fr.Varghese should be transfered from Coppell immediately .

We need to go to court for further actions and need to make actions to "save Varghese Achan from Criminals".

Supporters of the Crucifix, don't worry at all about "missing document". Just make an affidavit and have it signed by every Committee member who was present during the meeting in which unanimous decision was taken about installing only the Crucifix in the church. When we go to court, which we will if Mar Jacob Angadiath does not agree to back off from his current policy of continuing to impose the Mar Thoma Cross and/or the Viri (Veil), we have one more count of conspiracy to commit fraud. It will also be a count of obstruction of justice. Intentionally removing and/or destroying official documents is one more criminal act which will help us to have these crooks prosecuted and thrown in jail. This is going to strengthen our case and not weaken.
A signed affidavit is as good as the original document plus it will serve as one more evidence against them to corroborate their criminal character. No wonder in 1 Cor. 3:19 St. Paul wrote: "He catches the wise in their craftiness." This is going to be one of the best evidences against these crooks and help us greatly and not hurt us at all. So thank God in a special way, that the "days of the Mar Thoma Cross are numbered" and they are going to be even shorter than we think.
So friends, don't worry a bit. Just go ahead and make an affidavit and send it with the Commission. If you are not able to make this affidavit with all the signatures, get as many signatures as you can and send it with the Commission. Tell them that you will be sending them a more complete affidavit later on which will contain all the signatures. Just make sure that the affidavit contains the statement that "In two separate meetings, the Parish Council and the General Body had both unanimously passed that only the Crucifix will be installed in the Church. On October 24, 2010, the Vicar, Rev. Fr. Varghese stated that the minutes of the meetings were lost and could not be found and therefore he could not produce it to the Commission”. That should do the trick and it will be better than producing the original document. This will demonstrate ongoing efforts on the part of Fr. Varghese and his cronies to commit fraud by covering up the facts and obstructing justice.
