പള്ളി റെക്കോര്‍ഡുകളില്‍ അദ്ദേഹം നടത്തിയ തിരിമറികളെയും ബിഷപ്പിന്റെ സഹായികളെ രക്ഷിക്കാനായി പള്ളി രേഖകള്‍ മുക്കിയതിനെയും പറ്റി ഉയര്‍ന്നെക്കാവുന്ന ചോദ്യങ്ങളെയും ഭയന്ന് ഫാ വര്‍ഗീസ്‌ ബോസ്ട്ടനിലേക്ക് കള്ളവണ്ടി കയറിയില്ലെങ്കിലെ അത്ഭുതപ്പെടാനുള്ളൂ. ഫാ ശാശ്ശേരി സ്പെയിനില്‍ നിന്നും തിരിച്ചു വന്നതിനു ശേഷം ഇന്ന് കൂടാനിരിക്കുന്ന കൌണ്‍സില്‍ മീറ്റിങ്ങില്‍ ഫാ വര്‍ഗീസ്‌ സന്നിഹിതനായിരിക്കുകയില്ല എന്നാണു അദ്ദേഹത്തിനോട് അടുത്ത വൃത്തങ്ങള്‍ ഞങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞത്. അഭിഷിക്തന്‍ എന്ന നിലക്ക് താന്‍ ആര്‍ക്കെങ്കിലും വേണ്ടി നിയമ വിരുദ്ധമായി എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അത് നമ്മുടെ സഭക്കും ബിഷപ്പിനും വേണ്ടി മാത്രമാണ്. അതിനെ ചൊല്ലി ചില തല്‍പ്പരകക്ഷികള്‍ തന്നെ കുരിശില്‍ കയറ്റാന്‍ നോക്കുന്നത്. അന്ന്യായമാണ്, ഒരു വികാരിക്ക് തക്ക വികാരഭരിതനായി അദ്ദേഹം ഞങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞു.
"കോടതിയില്‍ ഒരു കടലാസ് വ്യാജമായി ഉണ്ടാക്കി ഞാന്‍ കൊടുത്തു എന്നവരോട് ഏറ്റു പറഞ്ഞതാണ്. ബിഷപ്‌ പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് മാത്രമാണ് ഞാനത് ചെയ്തത്. അത് തെറ്റായിപ്പോയി എങ്കില്‍ ക്ഷമ ചോദിക്കാനും ഞാന്‍ തയ്യാറായതാണ്. " ഫാ വര്‍ഗീസ്‌ ഞങ്ങളോട് പറഞു.
"എങ്കിലും ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ ഇന്നത്തെ പാരിഷ് കൌണ്‍സിലില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാതെ, നേരെ ബോസ്ട്ടനിലേക്ക് പോകുക എന്നതാണ് എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം. എനിക്കിനി ഒന്നും നിങ്ങളോട് പറയാനില്ല. കൂടുതല്‍ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ അറിയണമെങ്കില്‍ തോമയോടും റെജിയോടും അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ സണ്ണിയോടും ചോദിക്കുക. നിര്‍ധനനായ ഈ വൃദ്ധപുരോഹിതനെ വെറുതെ വിടുക.", കള്ള വണ്ടിയിലേക്ക് കാലെടുത്തു കുത്തും മുമ്പ് അദ്ദേഹം ഞങ്ങളോട് യാചിച്ചു.

Just wanted to ask you: Why are you fabricating stories? What benefit are you getting from spreading lies? What satisfaction are you receiving from creating issues among friends and relatives in each city?
If whatever you are writng is true and if it is a believable stoy, you don't have to hide your identity. As long as you are saying all the bad things against priests, bishops, and some innocent people anonymously, most of your stories as fabricated otr things you want to see happening.
Aren't you done enough damage to your own brothers and sisters.
You need to understand there are people who are neutral who doesn't care about your fights. We are getting tired each and everyday for this unnecessary fightings. We are not going to sitback and few of you push us around.
I am asking people who wants peace of mind raise to the occassion and fight against those who creates problems in our community, Church, in our families:

I DON'T THINK HE IS A PRIEST.NO PRIEST WILL DO LIKE THIS.THIS SHOWS HE IS WRONG AND HE HAS MANY THINGS TO HIDE.THAT IS THE SIMPLE REASON HE ESCAPED.
This priest should come and clear all papers before the Parish Council.Dear friends,we should not allow this cheat to escape and we should not in any way co operate with this Church unless he produces the documents.
We should not be fooled like this.Stand together and weed out this corrupt priest.
