St Thomas Church Garland, general body council finished a investigation based on a church audits 2004 through 2008. Investigation committee found serious discrepancies are listed below these are direct violation of United States IRC compliance code (501) (C)(3)
1, money laundering”( Fr Zacharias thottuvelil collected thousands of Dollars for sacraments from prisoners last 5years ,and his Silver jubilee gift from the church ,
Which are not reported to internal revenue service
2, Fr Zacharias misused church fund for personal gain and exchange for numerous things (airline tickets, to lobby bishops and superiors to move up the ladder, gaining real-estate in Kerala
3, Fr Zacharias knowingly misplaced church funds for confusing the auditors (numerous occasions he used his personal checks to manipulate church funds)
.
4, Fr Zacharias presenting fake third party contract to church record (convention accounts, parking lot construction etc)
5, Fr Zacharias Authorizing “Pass thru funds” (using church account for individuals to get tax exemption)
6, Public Harassing and hate speech(Whole church general body witnessed Fr Zacharias harassed church officials during a General body. Violation of United States constitution I and XIV
Amendment)
The general body council believes these allegations are true. We learned Fr Zacharias had numerous allegations against past parishes in Kerala (NABYA KULAM PARSH FOR MISSING CHUCH FUND) There for, we are going to request I R S to audit church records .please Refer IRS section 7611 and IRS publication 4221-PC “REASONABLE BELIEF” Mean time we are kindly requesting Fr Zacharias to stay away from our church, until federal I RS audit is finished
How ever, we like to make settlement, Fr Zacharias has two choices
1 Council recommends you to get a lawyer and proves innocents to Syro-Malabar Community in North America
2 Payback the Missing fund to the new church building and resign from Chicago Diocese (will drop the case. Fr Zacarias is not obligated to work for non Syro-Malabar congregation in North America)
We did Consult with other priests in our Diocese 80% of them can not tolerate Fr Zacharias actions, and these action are not fundamental principles of our congregation in North America. Its unfortunate find out Fr Zacharia is ‘below standard” and a huge burden for our Diocese. He has to go back to Kerala. Diocese need well educated priest, who is a asset to our Diocese

Where is our vision and what is the reality.
I am from Chicago and I have to report the following that regards to the Fr. Zachariah. My conscious insist me to write this.
While Fr. Angadiath was in Vatican for his bishop ceremony, Fr. Zachariah boosts up Angadiath’s Bishophood and he mentioned in a prayer that “Now onwards ERNAKULAMs play will not fly any more.”
For all of us (all Syro Malabar Catholics) Ernakualm in syro perspective means the Syro Malabar Church leadership. Fr. Zachariah questioned the leadership of Major arch bishop.
He might have bribed Angadiath to get into USA. -

We Syro Malabr Catholics do not have any leadership in USA. The Bishop lost his credibility as a good shepherd. The Claver cross and silent cry of parishioners never gave them peace of mind. They brought curse to our church. They need to remove the VEIL and claver cross from the Altar.

The Chicago Syro Malabar Catholic diocese has been really cheating the faithful by diluting the word of GOD to their convenience to impose their hidden superstitious belief. For them, the SHEELA and CLAVER CROSS are the most important. The bishop has already chosen selective people through various parishes to support his dirty agenda and they will do and retain their dirty politics too. They are really “the whitewashed graveyard of modern world”. The Bishop thinks that whatever he is doing is right. The Chicago diocese is under satanic influence. You can witness that as soon as you enter into the new cathedral.
It is written, 'My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations', But you have made it a den of robbers!
The above bible verse is very much applicable to Chicago Syro Malabar Catholic Diocese. -

We need to be thankful and sincere to God in our every breath. The new priest is an inspiration to our elderly and kids alike, he is very knowledgeable and he is an asset to our future community. Let us rejoice while we gather in the church.

The Alter of the church is the distracting one and its setup is unholy and satanic one. The new priest is surrounded by Chicago’s Diocesan crooks and thieves. He is already in the middle of snake pit. The Syro Bishop and the Vicar have already lost their credibility as a shepherd. They cheated the community and they destroyed our unity. We are really ashamed of you.
