രണ്ടു മൂന്നു മാസം മുന്പ് ഒരു ഫോട്ടോയും ന്യൂസും കണ്ടു. ഏതോ ഒരു കറക്കു കമ്പനിയുടെ ഉല്ഘാടനം. ഉല്ഘാടിച്ചത് ബ. മടത്തിപ്പറമ്പിലച്ചന് . അതും നാട്ടിലേയ്ക്ക് ചീപ്പായി ഫോണ് വിളിക്കാനുള്ള സൂത്ര വിദ്യ വില്ക്കുന്ന കമ്പനിയായിരുന്നൂ. മുതല് മുടക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് അമിതമായ ലാഭവും ഉടമകള് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അമിതമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞാല് 30,൦൦൦ മുടക്കിയാല് മാസം വരവ് 4000. ഒരു കത്തനാര് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ചു , വെള്ളം തളിക്കുന്ന സീന് കണുമ്പോള്, നമ്മുടെ സമൂഹമല്ലേ, വിശ്വസിച്ചു പോകും, വീണുപോകും. സാധാരണക്കാരില് നിന്നും എളുപ്പത്തില് പൈസ പിരിക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു മാര്ഗം. കൂട്ടത്തില് ജനങ്ങളുടെ പണക്കൊതിയും. അങ്ങനെ ബ. മടത്തിപ്പറമ്പിലച്ചന് നമ്മുടെ മെഗാ ഡോണറുടെയും സംഘത്തിന്റെയും "useful idiot" ആയി.

(ഫോണ് കറക്കി ഡയല് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനാലാണ് "കറക്കു" കമ്പനി എന്ന് ഞങ്ങള് പേരിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്!) മെഗാ ഡോ ണറുടെ കമ്പനി tele tel ആയിരുന്നെങ്കില് അങ്ങാടി-കടുപ്പന് ടീമിന്റെത് ray tel! ഏതായാലും ബിഷപ്പും കടുപ്പനും കൂടി ഏതോ ഒരു കറുത്ത പെട്ടിയേല് നോക്കി മുറുക്കി പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്ന ആ രംഗം ഈയുള്ളവന്റെ മനസ്സില് ആഴത്തില് പതിഞ്ഞു. എന്റെ 
ഇത്തമ്മയെ പേടിച്ചിട്ടല്ലയിരുന്നെങ്കില് ആ സീന് കണ്ടു ബലഹീനനായി ഉള്ളതെല്ലാം ഞാന് ray tel ഇല് അപ്പോള് തന്നെ നിക്ഷേപിച്ചു പോയേനെ!ഒരു സത്യം പറയാമല്ലോ. ബിഷപ്പും കടുപ്പനും ശരിക്ക് ഊന്നി ആഞ്ഞു പ്രാര്ത്ഥി ക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന് പറയാന് പറ്റില്ല. ഈശോ ലാസറിനെ ഉയര്ത്തിയ പോലെ ഇവരുടെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയുടെ ശക്തികൊണ്ട് സാക്ഷാല് ray tel തന്നെ ആ പെട്ടിയില് നിന്നും ജീവനോടെ ഇറങ്ങി വരുമെന്ന് ഒരു നിമിഷം ഞാന് സംശയിച്ചുപോയി.
എവിടെ ക്യാമറ ഉണ്ടോ അവിടെ ജോയിച്ചനുണ്ട്! അത് പ്രത്യകം എടുത്തു പറയേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ലല്ലോ. എന്തിനാണ് ആശാന് അവിടെ ഞെളിഞ്ഞു നില്ക്കുന്നതെന്ന് ആശാനുപോലും അറിയില്ല.
എന്നാല് ബിഷപ്പും കടുപ്പനും സംഘാടകരുടെ "useful idiots" ആയിരുന്നെന്നു തീര്ത്ത് പറയാന് പറ്റില്ല. കാരണം അല്പസ്വല്പം മെച്ചം ഡോളര് രൂപത്തില് അവര്ക്ക് കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഉറപ്പ്.
എന്റമ്മേ! tele tel, ray tel. ഏതായാലും ഈ ഇരട്ട സന്താനങ്ങള് പൊതു ജനങ്ങളുടെ കുറെ പൈസ പിടുങ്ങാനുള്ള സാധ്യത കാണുന്നുണ്ട്. അതിന് അറിഞ്ഞോ അറിയാതെയോ സഭാധികാരികളും കൂട്ട് നില്ക്കുന്നു.
പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് കാര്യമില്ലെന്നറിയാം. എങ്കിലും ഒരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്.
ഈ കറക്കു കമ്പനികളില് നിങ്ങള് പത്തു പൈസ മുടക്കിയാല് പിന്നെ ഗോപി വരച്ചാല് മതി.

I agree with the above comment 100%. How can the the bishop and priest cheapen themselves like this. This is so embarrassing. Don't they have what they call shame?
I also agree with the author of this article. I think these companies are going to cheat investors. And the clergy knows it. They do not care, because they screw the public too.
The whole Zero Church itself is a "karak kampany". Can't you see it from its shape? Round shape - to make the "karak" easier!! This is all about money. There are two steps in it. The current vicar, Fr, Kaduppil and the current Bishop are real waste. They spoiled our community. They act like good shepherds, but their actions are selfish motivated and they are not for the common good of the Syro Malabar community. They are the binamies of the living statans of the syro hierarchy.
The current Chicago Syro Malabar diocese is not for winning souls, but they are killing our souls. They spoiled our vision and they created a circus tent out of 9 million for their performance. We need to report this to our Major Arch Bishop of the Syro Malabar church and to the Vatican.
Jesus has already warned us about this type of hypocrite.

No question, they are selling their services to the highest bidder. How can these people who consider themselves men of God stoop to such low level? These people are worse than prostitutes.
To be honest, there should be some mechanism whereby we, the people are able to send these people packing. These are leaches, no, parasites, who suck and live on the blood of this community. All the while pretending to be men of God. These people are not men of God. Do you see any divine grace on their faces?
