വെറും ശൂന്യതയില് നിന്നും ഇങ്ങനെ സീറോ മലബാര് ചക്രവാളത്തില് കൊള്ളിയാന് പോലെ ഉദിച്ചു വന്നപ്പോളേ ഈയുള്ളവന് ഗണിച്ചെടുത്തു. ഈ ആശാന് ഇവിടെ ഒന്നും നില്ക്കില്ലെന്ന്.
കച്ചറ കമ്മിറ്റി മുഖ്യനെപ്പറ്റിയാണ് പറയുന്നത്.
ഈയിടെ മംഗളം പത്രമൊന്നു തുറന്നു നോക്കി. ദാ നില്ക്കുന്നു നമ്മുടെ മെയിന് കച്ചറ നേതാവ്. സൂട്ടും കോട്ടുമിട്ട് അങ്ങനെ ഞെളിഞ്ഞ്. ഫൊക്കാനയുടെ എന്തോ കുണാണ്ടര് ചമഞ്ഞ്, ഞെളിഞ്ഞങ്ങനെ നില്പ്പുണ്ട് ഫോട്ടോയില്. ഫോക്കാന സ്ഥിരം നേതാക്കളുടെ നിരയില് എങ്ങനെയോ നമ്മുടെ നേതാവും വലിഞ്ഞു കയറിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
ഈയിടെ ഒരു സംഭവമുണ്ടായി. ഈ ഫോക്കാന പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ വക ഒരു കലാമത്സര പ്രഹസനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടാണ് സംഭവം. ഈ പ്രഹസനത്തിന്റെ ഒന്നാം ഘട്ടം, അതായത് regional മത്സരം സീറോ മലബാര് പള്ളിയില് വച്ച് നമ്മുടെ ഈ നേതാവിന്റെ മേല്നോട്ടത്തിലാണ് നടന്നത്. പറയാതെ വയ്യ, ഭംഗിയായി നടത്തി. നമ്മുടെ ഇടവകയിലെ ഒരു കുട്ടി തന്നെ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം കരസ്ഥമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. Praise the Lord! പക്ഷെ കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച ടാഫ്റ്റ്റ് സ്കൂളില് വച്ച് ഫൈനല് മത്സരം വന്നപ്പോള് regional മത്സരത്തില് പങ്കെടുക്ക പോലും ചെയ്യാത്ത ഒരു കുട്ടി നേരിട്ട് കയറി മത്സരിച്ചു "കലാതിലക" പട്ടവുമായി പോയി. ദാ കിടക്കുന്നു!
വേലി ചാരി നിന്നവന് പെണ്ണിനേയും കൊണ്ട് പോയി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപോലെ!
എന്നിട്ട് നമ്മുടെ കച്ചറ പ്രമാണിയോ? ഒരക്ഷരം ഒന്ന് മിണ്ടുവാന് ഇതിയാന്റെ നാക്ക് പൊങ്ങിയില്ല. അതായത് regional മത്സരത്തില് മത്സരിച്ചു വിജയിക്കാതെ ഫൈനല് മത്സരത്തില് പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നത് ശരിയല്ല എന്ന് പറയാനുള്ള നട്ടെല്ല് പോലും നമ്മുടെ ഈ കച്ചറ നേതാവിനുണ്ടായില്ല. സ്വന്തം നിലനില്പ്പിനു വേണ്ടി കൊടിച്ചിപ്പട്ടിയെപ്പോലെ വാലുമാട്ടി അങ്ങനെ നിന്ന് നമ്മുടെ കച്ചറ നേതാവ്.
ഈ സംഭവം അല്പ്പസ്വല്പ്പം ഒച്ചപ്പാടൊക്കെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി എന്നാണു അറിയാന് കഴിഞ്ഞത്.
മംഗളം വാരികയുടെ ഈ ആഴ്ചത്തെ ലക്കത്തിലും ആശാന് ഇങ്ങനെ നില്പ്പുണ്ട്. മറിയാമ പിള്ളയുടെ സാരിയുടെ മറയില്.
പീ എച്ച് ഡീ ആണെന്നോക്കെയാണ് കൊട്ടിഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്. നല്ല കാര്യം. എന്നാല് സാമാന്യ അന്തസ്സിന്റെ നിലത്തെഴുത്ത് പോലും ഇദ്ദേഹം പഠിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. കലാബോധം തൊട്ടു തീണ്ടിയിട്ടു പോലുമില്ല. ഇവനൊക്കെ ദൈവം വല കഴിവും കൊടുത്തിരുന്നെങ്കിലോ! എവിടെ ചെന്ന് നില്ക്കുമെന്ന് ഊഹിക്കുവാന് തന്നെ പ്രയാസം.
സ്ഥാനമോഹിയും അധികാരക്കൊതിയനുമായ വെറും ഒരു കിശൂ ആയിട്ടെ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ സീറോ മലബാര് ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക് തല്ക്കാലം ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ കാണാനാകൂ.

Interesting to Note the Picture of our Altar as shown in the Syro Malabar Home page. The Picture has been cut to not show the "BIG SCARY RING" hanging above the priests. Even the Web Master has some aesthetic sense it trimming the picture appropriately !!.

One in a while I see some of the inappropriate words used by some people.
Their ingnorance, and low life shows that they are not able to communicate in decent language.
When you are ignorant, person with low life, you get angry, use abusive language.

Yesterday we clicked the link you gave in your comment, and sure as hell there was the photo of the priests and bishop at the altar without the SCARY RING.
We wanted to feature that photo along with the one we had that has the ring. So we click the link today to download it, and what happens! Lo and Behold! That photo has been removed! Can you believe it? It has been replaced with a photo of some people standing somewhere in the church with a background of painted glass window.
Our church authorities are incredibly pathetic creatures, no doubt. How long are they planning to mislead and cheat our people with their little tricks?
