No Sour Grapes
We really have to give to the vicar. His youth brigade and assorted cronies are shamelessly manipulating our opinion poll about the vicar. There is no question, when it is a matter of their man's survival these people stoop to gutter politics. We have learned from various sources that there is a concerted effort from these parties to hijack the poll results to save the vicar's reputation. His supporters are actively campaigning by cell phone and email. You have seen the result of their shameful actions. There were two sudden spikes in pro vicar numbers in the past few days. As the end of the poll nears we are sure to see more of these spikes which we believe will put the vicar supporters in winning position. We respect whatever the public opinion is. But thwarting the majority with silly shenanigans as vicar's lapdogs are doing proves how precarious their man's survival is.

It is very cheap for a catholic priest to use cheap means to stay on his position. Why he is so cheap? Isn't he ashamed of looking at people after all these? Why don't he show sum gut to go somewhere else and do his priestly duties? Shame on him

These polls are not reliable. Even a single person can manipulate results by clearing cookies and re-voting.
Do not make wild assumptions and blame priest and others.
Try it yourself. You can manipulate the polls also.

I am sure, syro mal. voice is behind all these votes, even the first comment. Please try to find real issues (like parking problem..) and recommend the solutions too. Why are you guys targeting the Priest and Bishop?

Hate to say. As I mentioned before, I like some of your articles but when you piss me off, you do it to the core.

I kind of agree with the last ShameOnYou comment. Voice is pretty good some time but they miss the POINT many times. They trying to cling on to silly things.
Fist of all, no matter what whatever you say, Fr Antony did a great job. Though he may not be perfect and he is adamant on many issues, he kind of a priest to be required to handle "Big Egosists' in Chicago.
Second of all, it time wo wind up Voice. You have criticizers and fans. And remembetr, your fans are always your freaking fans and They are simply jobless + pathetic + fearful + Saree Thungees .
Howeverm you have a different set of fans who are criticizers like me. But we like good articles not your senseless articles like this. We do not care about freaking Poll about Fr Antony. For us, he is a priest and he will be always a priest. No doubt in it and no changes to it. If you can respect that fact, do so. If not .. God Forgive this "Ass" .

I wish all of us understand the root cause of the problem. I dont believe the problem is the Priest. He is only a spoke person for the Bishop. Whatever the Biship decides is communicated to us through the Vicar. So, the person who need to realize the situation and make changes for the benifit of the people is our beloved Bishop.
In another words when you get a bad email dont blame the service provider, its the person who sent it created the problem.
So, with all the respect to my neighbours and friends dont try to sweep the dirt under the carpet.
Even if another priest takes charge he has to follow the same procedures because its the policy of the Bishop.
So, please leave the poor priest alone.
It is the priest and the bishop together created all the problems in this community. So they are responsible for it and ask us our forgiveness, publically. First vicar must leave, then bishop correct his foolish acts.
