കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു മാസക്കാലമായി ഗാര്‍ലന്‍ഡ്‌ പള്ളിയില്‍ ജോജിയച്ചന്‍റെ മൌനാനുവാദത്തോടെ നടക്കുന്ന കല്‍ദായവാദികളുടെ ഒപ്പുശേഖരണം എല്ലാ ലിഖിത നിയമങ്ങളെയും കാറ്റില്‍പറത്തികൊണ്ട് പള്ളിക്കകത്തും കുര്‍ബാനക്കിടക്കും, അല്‍ത്താരയിലും, CCD ക്ലാസ്സുകളിലും, അടുക്കളയിലും നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് ഗാര്‍ലണ്ടുകാര്‍ എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. പരിശുദ്ധമായ പള്ളിപ്പരിസരത്തെപ്പോലും രാഷ്ട്രീയവല്‍ക്കരിക്കുന്ന ഇവരുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ മാലോകരെല്ലാവരും തന്നെ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. സാധാരണ സീറോ മലബാര്‍ പള്ളികളില്‍ കുര്‍ബാനയ്ക്ക് മുന്‍പ് ആള്‍ക്കാര്‍ പള്ളിയില്‍ കയറി ഇരുന്ന് കൊന്ത ചൊല്ലുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ ഗാര്‍ലണ്ടില്‍ കുര്‍ബാനയ്ക്ക് മുന്‍പ് പള്ളിയില്‍ കയറുന്നവരെ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കാതെ ഒപ്പുശേഖരിക്കുവാനെന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് കൊന്ത വിറ്റ് ഉപജീവനം കഴിയുന്ന ഒരമ്മച്ചി ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇതച്ചന്റെ അറിവോടെയല്ല എന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കാന്‍ പ്രയാസമാണ്. ഇതിലും ഭേദം അച്ഛന് ഒരല്‍പമെങ്കിലും ധൈര്യം ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ ഒപ്പുശേഖരണത്തിനുള്ള ആ കത്ത് പള്ളിയുടെ നോട്ടീസ് ബോര്‍ഡില്‍ ഇട്ടിട്ടു കുര്‍ബാന പ്രസംഗത്തില്‍ ആള്‍ക്കാരോട് പറയണം എല്ലാവരും അതില്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ടെക്കാന്‍. അല്ലാതെ പള്ളിയില്‍ പ്രാര്‍ഥിക്കാന്‍ വരുന്ന പാവം ജനങ്ങളെ ഇങ്ങിനെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിക്കാന്‍ അനുവധിക്കരുതെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
ഒപ്പിടാന്‍ താല്‍പ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്ന ഗാര്‍ലണ്ട് വാസികള്‍ ഒപ്പിടുന്നതിനു മുന്‍പ് ഒന്നാലോചിക്കണം. ഈ ഒപ്പിടാന്‍ പറയുന്ന അമ്മച്ചിയുടെ ഉദ്ദേശ ശുദ്ധിയെന്താണ്? ആരാണിവര്‍? ആര്‍ക്കെതിരെയാണ് ഇവര്‍ ഒപ്പ് ശേഖരിക്കുന്നത്? പ്രതികാരം തീര്‍ക്കാനാണോ ഈ ഒപ്പുശേഖരണം? അതോ ക്ഷമിക്കാനോ? കുടുംബ വഴക്ക് തീര്‍ക്കാന്‍ ഇവര്‍ പള്ളിയെ ഒരു ഉപാധിയാക്കുകയാണോ? അച്ഛനതിനു സമ്മതം കൊടുക്കുകയാണോ? എന്നതാണ് ഈ അമ്മച്ചിയുടെ ജീവിത കഥ?
യാതൊരു ദാക്ഷിന്ന്യവുമില്ലാതെ സ്വന്തം ഭര്‍ത്താവിനെ കത്തോലിക്ക സഭാ നിയമങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരായി divorce ചെയ്ത, സ്വന്തം മരുമോളോട് ഇന്നും സംസ്സാരിക്കാത്ത ഇവരുടെ അടുത്താണോ നിങ്ങള്‍ ഒപ്പ് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടത്? രണ്ടു വള്ളത്തിലും കാലു ചവിട്ടുന്ന പുരുഷോത്തമന്‍മാരെയും നിങ്ങള്‍ തിരിച്ചറിയുക. വെള്ളമടി മൂത്ത് ചിക്കാഗോയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഇങ്ങോട്ട് കെട്ടുകെട്ടിയ കൊച്ചുകുഞ്ഞിനെയും നിങ്ങള്‍ തിരിച്ചറിയുക ഒപ്പിടുന്നതിനു മുന്‍പ്. ക്രൂശിത രൂപത്തിന് വേണ്ടി കുറെ ആള്‍ക്കാര്‍ അല്‍ത്താരക്ക് മുന്‍പില്‍ മുദ്രാവാക്യം വിളിച്ചെന്നായിരുന്നു കല്‍ദായവാദികളുടെ പ്രധാന ആരോപണം. അച്ഛന്‍റെയും!!! ഇപ്പോള്‍ പ്രതികാരത്തിനും വ്യക്തി വൈരാഗ്യം തീര്‍ക്കാനുമായി അല്‍ത്താരക്ക് മുന്‍പിലും പള്ളിപ്പരിസരത്തും അല്‍ത്താരയിലും നടക്കുന്ന ഒപ്പുശേഖരണം നമ്മുടെ അച്ഛനെയും ബിഷപ്പിനെയും അനുസ്സരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണോ? നിങ്ങള്‍ ചിന്തിക്കുക. ഇനിയൊരു ഞായറാഴ്ച കൂടി ഈ നാടകം പള്ളിയില്‍ അരങ്ങേറാന്‍ ജോജിയച്ചന്‍ അനുവദിച്ചാല്‍ പലര്ക്കും പലവിധ രംഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കും സാക്ഷികളാകേണ്ടി വരും ഗാര്‍ലണ്ടില്‍. അത് വേണോ എന്ന് അച്ചനാലോചിക്കുക. ഒരു മാസം ആങ്ങളയും പെങ്ങളും കൂടി നടന്നിട്ട് 25 ഒപ്പാണല്ലോ കല്‍ദായവാധികള്‍ക്ക് കിട്ടിയത്. കഷ്ടം. ഇതില്‍നിന്നെങ്കിലും അച്ഛന് ഒരു കാര്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കുക. ഗാര്‍ലണ്ടില്‍ ക്രൂശിത രൂപമില്ലാതെ ഒരു പള്ളി ആര്‍ക്കും വേണ്ട. കുരിശിനു വേണ്ടി മരിക്കാനും തയാറാണ് ഈ ഇടവകക്കാര്‍. അവരെ കുറെ ഒപ്പുകള്‍ കാട്ടി പേടിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ നോക്കരുത്. പൊട്ടിപൊളിഞ്ഞുപോയ നാണം കെട്ട ഈ ഒപ്പുശേഖരണം ഇനിയെങ്കിലും നിര്‍ത്താന്‍ പറയുക. അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഇതിവിടം കൊണ്ട് തീരില്ല എന്നോര്‍ക്കുക.

ഇനി രണ്ടേ രണ്ടു പേരെ യേശുവിനോട് , നിത്യജീവന്‍ പ്രാപിക്കാന്‍ അഥവാ നേടാന്‍ എന്ത് ചെയ്യണമെന്നു ചോദികകുന്നതായി ബൈബിളില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയട്ടൊല്ല് .
ഇന്നത്തെ ആത്മീയ നേതാക്കളോട് ചോദിച്ചാല്‍ , പള്ളിയില്‍ പോകൂ , വലിയവലിയ പള്ളികളും അരമനകളും പണിയാന്‍ സഹായിക്കു , കുംബസരിക്ക് , നേര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ നടത്തുക ,ഒപ്പിസ് നടത്തുക, വീണ്ടും ജനിക്കുക ,സ്നാനപ്പെടുക,പെന്തകോസ്തില്‍ ചേരുക, കൂടോത്രം ചെയുക , പൂജാവിധികള്‍ നടത്തുക, കണവെന്ഷന്‍ നടത്തുക, ക്രൂശിതരൂപം സ്ഥാപിക്കുക ,മാര്‍ത്തോമ കുരിശ ഷ്ടപിക്കുക ...................................... ഇങ്ങനെ പോകും.
എന്നാല്‍ യേശു പറഞ്ഞതും ഇന്നുള്ളവരു പറയാന്‍ മടിക്കുന്നതുമായ ഉത്തരം എന്താണെന്നു നോക്കാം .

അതുകൊണ്ടു പരസ്പരം ചെളിവാരിയെരിയാല്‍ നിര്‍ത്തി അടുത്ത ജീവിതത്തിലെ നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി ക്ഷെമയോടുകൂടി യെഹോവായില്‍ അവന്‍റെ കല്‍പ്പനകള്‍ അനുസരിച്ച് ജീവിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കാം . യെഹ്ഹോവയില്‍നിന്നും യേശുവില്‍നിന്നും നമ്മുടെശ്രദ്ധ മാറുവാനുള്ള സാത്താന്റെ തന്ത്രമനിതൊക്കയും എന്നറിയുക.
ഞങ്ങളെ എല്ലാവരെയും അനുഗ്രഹിക്കണമേ യെഹോവേ.

പുരുഷോത്തമന്‍മാര്‍ മാത്രമല്ല, മറ്റു പലര്ക്കും രണ്ടു തന്തയുണ്ടെന്നു കാലം തെളിയിക്കും.
അന്തോണി ജോയീ , പുരുഷോത്തമന്‍ , പോലെ മുപ്പതിലതികം ആള്‍ക്കാര്‍ മറുകണ്ടം ചാടി, സൂഷിക്കുക രണ്ടു വള്ളത്തെ ചവിട്ടിയാല്‍ രണ്ടുതന്തമാരുനെന്നു പറയേണ്ടിവരും.
കഴിഞ്ഞ സനിയഴ്ച കോപ്പേല്‍ പള്ളിയില്‍ ക്രുസിത രൂപത്തിന് മുന്‍പില്‍ കുര്‍ബാന അര്പിക്കാന്‍ അച്ചന്മാര്‍ ഒന്‍പതു. അതില്‍ ഒന്ന് ജോജി അച്ഛന്.സ്വന്തം പള്ളിയില്‍ crusifix വെച്ചാല്‍ കുര്‍ബാന ചെല്ലാന്‍ പറ്റുകയില്ലാത്ത ജോജി അച്ഛന് കോപ്പേല്‍ പള്ളിയില്‍ ചെല്ലാന്‍ മടി ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാതാതെന്തു? ഒരു അമേരിക്കന്‍ പള്ളി വികാരി ആകാന്‍ അവസരം കിട്ടിയാല്‍ ചിക്കാഗോ രൂപതയിലെ എല്ലാ ക്ലാവേര്‍ വാദികളും ഓടി പോകും.
പേര്‍ഷ്യന്‍ കുരിസന് പരംബരിയം കല്പിക്കുന്ന ഇവര്‍ക്ക് അല്മയനായിരുന്നു പള്ളി ഭരണം എന്നാ പരംബരിയം മാത്രം വേണ്ട. ഇവന്റെ ഒക്കെ പരംബരിയം നോക്കിയാല്‍ ചെന്ന് നില്കുന്നത് അവസാനം എലി പിടിക്കുന്ന വടി.
First of all the faithful needed to kick out the third class priests like Joji and Thottilivelil Sackaria from our community. We should not encourage them to visit our family, they have already destroyed our communities and our unity.
They are the black mark of the India community in USA.

Imagine how the kids would see these leaders and how it affects their perceptions on Kerala Catholicism. You will see it when they choose a chur h for their wedding. Trust me.

It is with utter disgust and deep down sorrow that I watch shepherds of the flocks like Fr. Joji in Garland and the priest in New York (about whom Dr. Kochappi wrote) lead their flocks. Instead of leading their flocks to the living waters like their main shepherd Jesus does (Ps. 23) which example they are supposed to follow, these so-called shepherds are leading their flocks to the steps of eternal hell.
In the case of the New York pastor, in order to raise funds for implementing his claver agenda, the shepherd of the church in New York was selling tickets to parishioners for attending a sensual and frolicking dance by Mera Kasim, the Bollywood-style dancer. Such dance programs organized in the name of fund raising are meant to arouse the sexual desires of the spectators which in turn leads them to sin in their hearts by committing adultery. In Mt. 5:23 Jesus said, one who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery in his heart. If many of the parishioners in the New York Syro-Malabar Church thus commit adultery in their hearts, it is obvious that the pastor is responsible for their sins in the eyes of God. Because in Mt. 18 Jesus says "Woe to the one who leads one of these little ones astray."
Fr. Joji is also doing something very similar to what the New York Church pastor did by allowing the church to be a place where he tacitly approves the collection of signatures to be used for promoting his claver agenda. Fr. Joji and his followers are forgetting the fact that Jesus made whip and chased the coin-changers, those who were selling doves and oxen (used for animal sacrifices) from the church both in the beginning of His Proclamation period and at the end. If Fr. Joji truly believes that Jesus is present in the Garland church, he would never allow such marketing operations to go on in the church. The church is meant for worship and worship-related activities including socialization carried out in a suitable manner that suits worship. In Cor. 8:20 St. Paul says: “that we should do things that are right and noble not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of all men.” In the true spirit of this Biblical principle, Fr. Joji should refrain from allowing anything in the church and during CCD class time and before the Mass that would even resemble anything aligned with the promoting the Mar Thoma cross which is an idol and so non-Catholic to start with.
The way I see it, there is no much difference between what the New York pastor did by selling tickets to a dance done by a Bollywood dancer and what Fr. Joji did by turning the Garland Church into a market place.
