I don't know if our bishop is schooled enough to know the meaning of "pandering".
Well, pandering is exactly what he did recently in the Kananaya Church.
For some reason, (God only knows for what reason!) the bishop was invited to say mass at the Knanaya Church.
What was readily evident was he was so effusive in praising the children's choir. He "blessed" them. That's what I was told. THE BISHOP BLESSED THE CHILDREN'S' CHOIR! God help them kids! May God redeem them from his blessing!
As far as appreciation is concerned, our children deserve it. But that is beside the point.
But what we are talking about is the phoniness, hypocrisy of our bishop.
At one time there WAS a children's choir in our church in Hellwood. Never in my memory have I heard one word of appreciation for those children, from the so-called bishop. Not one word of encouragement.
I am a microscope. I see everything. I notice everything.
I can read the bishop's mind, and it is rotten!
It stinks!
Of hypocrisy.
Of pandering.
Of ass-kissing.
This bishop of ours, he is a phony, a hypocrite. He is up to no good. He is a destroyer of unity and love of this community.
He is similar to a man, who fail to appreciate the goodness of his own children, but go out of his way to praise the children of his mistress!
And I have nothing against mistresses!
And the reality is currently there is no children's choir in our church. What happened to the one we had is anybody's guess. The vicar and his mangleesh loving supporters systematically destroyed it. Situation being this in his own cathedral, the bishop going around praising and blessing, shows the extent of his duplicity and hypocrisy.

Theeppantham was making a reference to the carol songs presented by small loving kids of the community..How cruel!!! As a matter of fact the community really enjoyed the songs....Even our kids are not spared !!!!! So theeppantham.."what you want" ..You want our kids to be pushed back or pulled to the front..
Please dont take it as a negative. Bishop got the wisdom recently to appreciate next generations efforts and participation in the church. Even if its a late wisdom, its should be acknowledged, and we should pray to give him more.
Don't blame Bishop.He visited Kananaya church to meet the holy communion kids and offer mass with them. before post any stupid things enquire and find the truth

You are very clever indeed, giving all the details of the Holy Cross itself of different design I would say. What are we trying to prove here? Why not our religious leaders loosen themselves, not to be too stubborn about the Cross, what I do not understand is that these people are trying to split the community into several segments and on the other hand they proclaim the integration and evangelization with the same tongue. How can this be possible? Truth of the matter is that they wanted to build the kingdom of God on earth and take the name and fame for themselves. The diocesan priests are allowed to take remuneration for their work for the parish, and at the same token, they use the same clause of bylaw allows them to lead a kingly life, rule the kingdom without ministers or a kind of one man show, is this the typical Syro-Malabar diocesan priests policy?. Their woe is Property, Prosperity and Position [PPP] not Pidave, Putran & Parisudhamave; they play a mockery on the religious dealings; on the other hand religious priests are the one suffer for the evangelization, helping the poor, caring for sick and in nutshell lead the life the way Jesus wanted them to follow.
I was wondering why Bishop Angady is not taking any action against the illegal practices of the priests, like the twin brothers activities [Dollar Kottackal & Dollar Dollar Kattackal, two sides of the same coin] in California. Is it a permission from the higher authorities to do anything to make money?
Some one wrote it nicely stating that the Orange County Church was the result of hard working community of that time and brought a priest from Kerala to help for their families’ spiritual and religious growth, but that growth went into a different direction – size of their pocket. Over the years the Syro-Malabar Church has become and angady [market place] where newer parishioners come and go bid the church for higher price sell for profit and share the profit. Priest creates and sell souvenirs every year for profit and you may wonder why no one is speaking about all these?, because no one is interested in anything, as long as the church is functioning and the lunch program is going well and the kids are educated and what can you expect out of a Syro-Malabar church. So they don’t even ask for an audited balance sheet of the church finances, because everything is under control, under the single man management of Kattackal.
After reading the retreat in Chicago, I am compelled to say that what Bishop has learned from his teacher (Dollar Dollar. Kattackal) Bishop is putting into practice that is all. When Rev. Fr. Mathew Naikomparampil and his team was invited for three day retreat here in Orange County California, it was the indication that something going to happen unknown to the community. Intension of Kattackal was to take Rev. Fr. Mathew Naikomparampil to the dream land of Kattackal (proposed purchase of 15 acres of land to build mission and a build a huge housing complex for the investors and he made false advertisement to get money from people. I do not know what the fate of that plan is) and bless that land, but Rev. Fr. Mathew Naikomparampil totally refused to move according to Kattackal’s plan. So, when you look at the characteristics of these individuals [Bishop, Kattackal, Kottackal] one thing is very clear – to make money by any means.
Bottom line is this, dear readers of this blog, arm together and fight the evil doers and try to get them out of here and try to bring the priests capable to support our mission, support our community. If we have to go legally to pluck them out, let us do that, we have to stay together and fight back, do not allow building the kingdom of evil, but try to build the kingdom of God. God has entrusted us to bring the kingdom of God here on earth and God has promised the support of the Holy Spirit – “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness”.
