കച്ചിത്തുരുമ്പ്. കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടല്ലോ? വെറും കച്ചിത്തുരുമ്പല്ല. വെള്ളത്തില്‍ക്കൂടി ഒഴികിപ്പോകുന്ന കച്ചിത്തുരുമ്പ്. മുങ്ങിച്ചാകാന്‍ പോകുന്നവന്‍ ചാടിപ്പിടിക്കുന്ന കച്ചിത്തുരുമ്പ്.
ഈയിടെ കോപ്പെലിലെ വട്ട-പൊട്ട വര്‍ഗാതികള്‍ക്ക് ഈയിടെ അങ്ങനെ ഒരു കച്ചിത്തുരുമ്പ് കിട്ടി. ബിഷപ്പ് അങ്ങാടിയത്തിന്റെ ഔദാര്യം.
ഫാ. സജിയുടെ മെത്രാന്‍ , മാര്‍ ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി, നമ്മുടെ കൈക്കാരന്‍ ബാബുവിനെഴുതിയ ഒരു ലെറ്റര്‍- സ്വാഭാവികമായും അതിന്റെ ഒരു കോപ്പി സ്ഥലം ബിഷപ്പ് അങ്ങാടിയത്തിനും അദ്ദേഹം ഫോര്‍വേഡ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അങ്ങാടിയത്ത് അതിന്റെ ഒരു കോപ്പി കോപ്പെലിലെ തന്റെ ശിപ്പായി മാര്‍ക്ക് ചോര്‍ത്തി കൊടുത്തു. അവരിപ്പോള്‍ അത് ഊമനായി ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ അയച്ചുകൊടുത്തു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. മാര്‍ ചിട്ടിലപ്പിള്ളിയുടെ വാക്കുകള്‍ അങ്ങാടിയത്തിന്റെ ചെയ്തികളെ നീതീകരിക്കുന്നു എന്ന ആശയമാണ് ഈ വിവരം കേട്ടവര്‍ ഇതുവഴി പരത്താന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്.
ചുരുക്കം പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ കൊപ്പേല്‍ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി എഴുതിയ ബാബുവിനോട് സ്വന്തം ബിഷപ്പിനെ അനുസരിക്കണം എന്ന രീതിയില്‍ മാര്‍ ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി എഴുതി. ഇതാണ് ഇത്ര മഹാകാര്യമായി ഈ അല്‍പ്പബുദ്ധികള്‍ പൊക്കിക്കാണിക്കുന്നത്.
ലോകത്ത് ഇന്നും പ്രൊഫഷണല്‍ curtesy എന്ന് പറയുന്ന ഒന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന സത്യം ഈ വിവരദോഷികള്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നില്ല. പിന്നെ എന്തായിരുന്നു മാര്‍ ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി എഴുതേണ്ടിയിരുന്നത്? നിങ്ങള്‍ ബിഷപ്പ് അങ്ങാടിയത്തിനെ അനുസരിക്കരുതെന്നോ? ഇത്ര വിവരം കെട്ട ഇവരെപ്പോലെയുള്ള കുട്ടിക്കുരങ്ങന്മാരെയാണോ അങ്ങാടിയത്ത് തന്റെ ശീല യുദ്ധത്തിനു പോരാളികളായി മുന്നില്‍ അണിനിരത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്? കഷ്ടം!
മാര്‍ ചിറ്റിലപ്പിള്ളി കൈക്കാരന്‍ ബാബുവിനെഴുതിയ എഴുത്തിന്റെ ഒരു കോപ്പി ബിഷപ്‌ അങ്ങാടിയത്തിന് അയച്ചത് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മര്യാത. പക്ഷെ അങ്ങാടിയത്ത് കാണിച്ചതോ? തന്റെ തല തെറിച്ച നിലപാടുകളെ നീതീകരിക്കാന്‍ തന്റെ സഹോദര മെത്രാന്റെ വാക്കുകളെ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യുവാന്‍ വരെ അത്ര താണിരിക്കുകയാണ് നമ്മുടെ മെത്രാന്‍ .

On March 24th, 1983 Rev. Mathew Anthiyakulam announced that two members of his parish had unearthed a stone cross established by Jesus' apostle Saint Thomas in 57 A.D in Nilakkal.
Working through that evening and night, a bamboo shed was set up and Rev. Dr. Antony Nirappel of Kanjirappally Diocese led the consecration rites in the next morning prayers were started (India Today, June 15,1983)
Many Christian believers went to see the cross , but the cross they saw was a brand new , not ng 2,000 years old as claimed. Even though church leaders claimed the cross "was found, erected and photographed at the site," three days later, a police petition has been filed to the effect that the cross was stolen”.

അവള് night ഡ്യൂട്ടിയും കഴിഞ്ഞു വന്നു ഞാന്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ breakfast കഴിച്ചു ബൈ ചേട്ടാ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവള് ഉറങ്ങാന്‍ പോയി. കുട്ടികള്‍ സ്കൂളില്‍ പോയിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു അവളുടെ യൂണിഫോംഉം അടി വസ്ത്രങ്ങഉം കഴികി ഉണക്കാന്‍ ഇട്ടിട്ട് രണ്ടു സ്മാള്‍ അടിച്ചു കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍ എഴുതാന്‍ ഒരു മൂഡ് വരും. പിന്നെ കൈക്കാരാന്‍ തന്ന കമ്പി മൂവി ആണെങ്കില്‍ കണ്ടത് തന്നെ പല പ്രാവശ്യം കണ്ടു മടുത്തു. പുതിയ കമ്പി മൂവി എടുക്കണമെങ്കില്‍ ഡോളര്‍ കൊടുക്കണം. Lunch ഉണ്ടാക്കാന്‍ സമയമായി നിര്‍ത്തട്ടോ
