ആര്‍ക്കും കാര്യമായ അഭിപ്രായ പ്രകടനങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നും നടത്താനില്ല. മാര്‍ത്തോമാ കുരിശ് വാദികള്‍ക്ക് മറുപടി പറയാന്‍ ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാഞ്ഞിട്ടായിരിക്കാം എന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കാം. പക്ഷെ ക്രൂശിത രൂപ വാദികളുടെ നിശ്ശബ്ദതയുടെ അര്‍ത്ഥമെന്താണ്? ഭീരുത്വം. കാരണം സത്യം അറിഞ്ഞുകഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ പ്രതികരിക്കണം. അതായത് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കണം. അങ്ങനെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കാനുള്ള നട്ടെല്ല് കുറവായതിനാല്‍ കണ്ടില്ല എന്ന് വക്കുന്നതല്ലേ നല്ലത്.
ക്ലാവര്‍, അഥവാ താമര, അഥവാ പേര്‍ഷ്യന്‍ കുരിശ്- ഇതിനെപ്പറ്റി നമ്മുടെ സീറോ മലബാര്‍ സിനഡ് ന്‍റെ നിലപാടില്‍ അവ്യക്തത ഒന്നുമില്ല. "പ്രസ്തുത കുരിശിനെപ്പറ്റി ചരിത്രപരമോ, ദൈവശാസ്ത്രപരമോ ആയ ഒരു പഠനം നമ്മുടെ കത്തോലിക്കാ സഭ ഇതുവരെ നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ, overtly or covertly, അതായത്, നേരായ മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ കൂടിയോ വളഞ്ഞ വഴിക്കോ ഈ കുരിശ് വിശ്വാസികളുടെ മേല്‍ അടിച്ചേല്‍പ്പിക്കരുത്. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്‌താല്‍ അതു കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രശനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വഴി തെളിക്കും. " ഇതാണ് നമ്മുടെ സിനഡ് ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ കൈക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന നിലപാട്.
ഇതിനു വ്യക്തമായ മറുപടി പറയുവാന്‍ ബിഷപ്പിനോ, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ മൂക്കുകയര്‍ പിടിക്കുന്ന കടുപ്പനോ, അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഇവരുടെ ഒക്കെ വാലാട്ടികളായി നടക്കുന്ന ക്ലാവര്‍ കുരിശ് പ്രേമികള്‍ക്കോ കഴിവുണ്ടോ? ഇന്നുവരെ ബിഷപ്‌ തന്‍റെ കുരിശ് തൂക്കലും ശീല തൂക്കലും നടത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത് വളഞ്ഞ വഴിക്ക് മാത്രമല്ലേ? ചിക്കാഗോയില്‍ ജനങ്ങളെ വഞ്ചിച്ചും തെറ്റിധരിപ്പിച്ചും അല്ലെ അദ്ദേഹവും വാല്യക്കാരും കൂടി രായ്ക്കു രായ്മാനം ശീല കെട്ടിത്തൂക്കിയത്. എന്തടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ ദൈവശാപം കിട്ടുന്ന ഈ ജനവഞ്ചന ബിഷപ്പു നമ്മുടെ വിശ്വാസികളോട് ചെയ്തു? സിനഡ് ന്‍റെ തീരുമാനത്തിന് ഖടക വിരുദ്ധമായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ച നമ്മുടെ ബിഷപ്പു സീറോ മലബാര്‍ നേതൃത്വത്തെ തന്നെയല്ലേ വെല്ലു വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്?
ബിഷപ്പിന്‍റെ ക്ലാവര്‍ കുരിശ് /ശീല നടപടികള്‍ സിനഡ് തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമാണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ടും അതിനെതിരെ ശബ്ദ മുയര്‍ത്താന്‍ എത്ര വിശാസികള്‍ മുമ്പോട്ട്‌ വന്നു? സ്വന്തം വിശ്വാസത്തെ ഈ സഭാദ്രോഹി ചവിട്ടി മെതിക്കുന്ന കണ്ടിട്ട് അതു കണ്ടില്ലെന്നു നടിച്ചു ഞായറാഴ്ചകളില്‍ പള്ളിയില്‍ പോയി കാണിക്കയും ഇട്ടു പോരുന്നതാണ് കത്തോലിക്ക വിശ്വാസം എന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് തെറ്റിപ്പോയി. സ്വന്തം വിശ്വാസത്തിനു വേണ്ടി, വേണ്ടിവന്നാല്‍ രക്തസാക്ഷിയാകേണ്ടതും ഒരു വിശ്വാസിയുടെ ധര്‍മ്മമാണ്. ഈ സത്യം മറന്ന ഒരു വിശ്വാസീ സമൂഹത്തില്‍ മാത്രമേ അങ്ങാടിയത്തിനെപ്പോലെയുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് വിജയം കാണാനാകൂ.

Most of the SMC people want peace. Church and religion are not the right place to arguments or problem. Especially our religion teaches non violence and achieve thing through prayer. But ,like everywhere some people in our community creating problems in our community.
I really think if you are a follower or believer of Jesus Christ You shouldn't create problems anywhere especially in the church.Also try to find peaceful solutions through prayer.If you don't believe this you shouldn't go to the church!Let others worship Lord peacefully.

I understand your anger. But my dear brother, We are talking about God , GOD DON'T LIKE THE WAY YOU RESPONDING. We are at the church. Not in the street. According Catholic teachings ,our Holy Father only have infallibility in matters of FAITH and MORALITY.

Our Bishop synod is the apex body for major policy decision matters.
Legislative powers..
They are making the internal bye laws/legislation for the governace of our syro malabar church.

Executive powers..
Bishops synod delegated this power to the concerned Diocese Bishops.
Regret to say ,some Bishop sabotage the synod decisions and and want to implement their own personal agenda.Remember in matters of teaching of faith and morality only Pope have infallibility.
Judiciory powers..
When the executive power is abused,or exceed the power entrusted to them by the Synod,laities have only option to approach the superior Tribunal of the Synod itself.
In short, both legislative,executive and judicial powers are vested with our Synod Bishops.
Let us all pray to Holy spirit for taking wise decision by the upcoming synod and later on it implementation in an equitable manner by the local Bishops.

May be readers are on vaccation. The real SMC faithful are fed up about the happening in SMC communities in USA and might have decided not to worry about things done in a " chantha style in SMC communities". There are going to English mass , which is giving more peace for their family..
No a days mostly ignorant people and position seeker , who don't have nothing to claim in Kerala is playing cative role in Church.. So majority wants to stay away from these "weeds".

The Chicago’s spiritually dead SMC diocese is bringing back the obsolete to live again. The SMC-USA Bishop and his advisors failed to keep the faithful together and they could help to drain the faith only. In the name of mission work there are many priests coming to USA for jobs and misusing the US federal rules and regulation in the name of Jesus. Are these priests really doing their duty sincerely to their vocational spiritual call? The new Chicago Assistant priest look good in his robe, however if he is really a gifted priests, then let him need to read the St. Paul’s letter to Hebrews so that he could see the living God clearly during his Sunday Mass.

What does this mean to us, we need to reborn every time as we accept Jesus Chirst as our personal savior?
How beautiful and worthy the crucifix in the Altar than the so called mar Thomas crosses from the tomb (grave) in Mylapore. If the mar-thoma Cross is real then why the St.Thomas relics brought first from Ethiopia and then second time from Italy to Bellwood cathedral?

You are right that Our society do not respond to matters affect them on time but in this case, please consider that what you have published was widely accepted. Another side of the general reaction is that people have a tendency to react negatively or opposing comments immediately. We often times failed to send positive comments.
